建银国际发布报告称，维持百胜中国(09987)“跑赢大市”评级，中国在黄金周后的餐饮需求变弱，地区性大众餐厅也带来竞争，目标价由452.4港元下调9%至411.1港元。该行下调公司2023-2024年净利预测4.6%/10.6%至8/8.88亿美元，以反映更保守的收入增长及餐厅利润率假设。料2023年第四季纯利增长32%至7000万美元，等同2019年同季度的78%水平。
