港股异动 | 和黄医药(00013)现涨超4% 拟出售消费产品业务 集团将更专注核心业务
和黄医药(00013)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.92%，报30.45港元，成交额1268.89万港元。
消息面上，和黄医药公布关连交易，向长和附属和记黄埔中国出售消费产品业务-HOIHL及HCPHL全部权益，总代价3980万港元。公告称，由于集团的核心业务为发现、全球开发和商业化治疗癌症和免疫性疾病的靶向药物和免疫疗法，故卖方出售其于消费产品业务的权益将使集团更专注于其核心业务范畴。
此外，12月7日，中国国家药监局药品审评中心（CDE）官网公示，和黄医药申报的醋酸索乐匹尼布片拟纳入优先审评，拟定适应症为：既往接受过一线标准治疗（糖皮质激素、免疫球蛋白）无效或复发的成人原发慢性免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）。该公司计划于2023年年底左右提交新药上市申请。
