和嘉控股(00704)：能源嘉润与能源科技订立焦炭合作生产协议
和嘉控股(00704)发布公告，于2023年12月7日，公司附属公司—山西金岩能源嘉润有限责任公司(能源嘉润)与山西金岩能源科技有限公司(能源科技)订立一份焦炭合作生产协议，其中能源嘉润与能源科技合作生产焦炭产品，能源科技收到能源嘉润发出订单后，将根据订单要求于一个月后生产并向能源嘉润交付焦炭，能源嘉润于验收后向能源科技结算生产实际产生的费用。原则上合作生产焦炭数量按月计算不超过五万吨，合作生产期直至能源嘉润焦炉正式投产为止。
