康健国际医疗(03386)拟自愿注销于中国内地成立的全资附属公司
康健国际医疗(03386)发布公告，公司拟自愿注销于中国内地成立的全资附属公司。该附属公司(基金管理人)称为康健(无锡)私募基金管理有限公司，于2022年6月24日成立，注册资本为人民币5000万元。基金管理人乃根据与成立基金有关的方案成立，该方案由公司前主席孔德昌领导的时任董事会于2022年5月18日批准。
公告称，现任执行董事自2022年年底仔细审查后发现与董事会于相关时间批准的有限合伙企业的注册资本承诺有关的潜在风险。现任执行董事认为，有限合伙企业的运营和架构(包括集团出资注册资本的承诺)可能会影响集团的主营业务，并导致集团的资产面临与集团主营业务不同的重大风险。
