中粮包装(00906)今日复牌，盘初一度跌超4%，截至发稿，跌2.31%，报6.33港元，成交额4608.82万港元。
消息面上，中粮包装与要约人联合公布，申万宏源将代表要约人提出有先决条件的自愿全面现金要约，以收购所有股份并拟将中粮包装私有化。每股要约股份现金6.87港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股6.48港元溢价约6.0%。
