药师帮(09885)早盘一度涨超19%，截至发稿，涨14.8%，报28.7港元，成交额8827.05万港元。
消息面上，药师帮于11月22日、29日、30日分别于市场上购回公司股份，累计购回27万股，总代价超529万港元，购回的股份用于满足根据股份激励计划授出的奖励。董事会认为，公司目前的股价低于内在价值，没有充分反映公司业务前景，因此为受托人于市场上购回本公司股份以补充信托基金提供了良好的机会。
此外，艾瑞咨询近日发文指出，在平台交易过程中，药师帮积累大量买卖数据并深度挖掘其中价值，开辟厂牌首推业务，为药企创造增量需求。凭借优秀的服务模式与核心优势，药师帮业务落地成效良好，2022年GMV总额达到378亿元，平台积累了约53万家下游药店诊所与6100个上游卖家，自营业务供应商达到9100个。
