港股异动 | 洛阳钼业(03993)再跌超3% 公司剥离NPM铜金矿 未来在澳拓展新业务可能性很小
洛阳钼业(03993)早盘再跌超3%，截至发稿，跌2.86%，报4.08港元，成交额4001.71万港元。
消息面上，洛阳钼业公告，拟7.56亿美元出售资产，剥离澳洲NPM铜金矿。预计本次交易将为公司带来超过2 亿美元的一次性会计净利润。据悉，NPM铜金矿产量和净利润贡献在集团占比越来越小。本次剥离有利于回笼资金、降低资产负债率，公司将更好聚焦刚果金铜钴等核心增量业务。
此外，公司负责人阐述，考虑到地缘政治的变化及中长期趋势，公司在澳洲拓展新业务发展的可能性小，NPM项目作为孤立运营项目很难产生协同效应，其作为公司澳洲基地的战略价值大幅削弱。公司战略上将更注重聚焦核心资产、提升管理效率、拓展大型开发项目。
