圣诺医药-B(02257)发布公告，于2023年12月6日，达冕生物(公司的间接非全资附属公司)以零代价向达冕生物的首席执行官、总裁、董事兼主要股东沈栋，M.D.，Ph.D.(为公司关连人士)授出80万份购股权，其须待沈博士接纳并遵守上市规则及达冕生物股份激励计划，方可作实。根据达冕生物股份激励计划，购股权授出的代价为零，此乃经考虑达冕生物股份激励计划的目的及沈博士过往对集团的贡献后厘定。
