云南水务(06839)发布公告，根据公司章程，董事会建议提名及重选下列董事：(i)刘建军、刘晖及周志密为第四届董事会执行董事候选人;(ii)梅伟、戴日成及陈勇为第四届董事会非执行董事候选人;及(iii)廖船江、周北海及钟伟为第四届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。
根据公司章程，监事会建议重选下列监事：(i)朱振及龙利民为公司第四届监事会股东代表监事候选人;及(ii)谭海锐及张玲为公司第四届监事会独立监事候选人。
