天泓文创(08500)发布公告，董事会已获控股股东告知，控股股东与潜在买方就潜在出售事项的磋商已告终止，截至本公告日期(包括该日)，控股股东与潜在买方尚未就潜在出售事项订立任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。因此，向潜在买方的股份潜在出售事项将不继续进行。
就收购守则而言，要约期于本公告日期终止。
董事会已获控股股东告知，控股股东正与另一名潜在买方(当前潜在买方)就控股股东可能向当前潜在买方出售公司若干股权(当前潜在交易)进行磋商，但不会因当前潜在交易而触发收购守则规则26.1规定的强制全面要约责任。
就收购守则而言，当前潜在交易不会导致要约期开始。
