新股消息丨经纬天地港股上市获中国证监会备案
12月6日，中国证监会发布《关于Wellcell Holdings Co., Limited(经纬天地控股有限公司)境外发行上市备案通知书》。该公司拟发行不超过143,750,000股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。据悉，11月10日，经纬天地向港交所提交上市申请，铠盛资本和艾德金融为联席保荐人。
招股书显示，经纬天地为中国电信网络支援以及信息及通信技术(ICT)集成服务供应商。公司从事提供(i)电信网络支援服务，包括无线电信网络优化服务以及电信网络基础设施维护及工程服务;(ii)ICT集成服务;及(iii)电信网络相关软件开发服务。
