复兴亚洲(00274)发布公告，内容有关2019年贷款协议。 2019年贷款现以年利率10%计息，并以Westralian Resources持有的湖南西澳41%股权作为抵押。于本公告日期，2019年贷款协议项下的未偿还本金金额约为人民币2220万元。该款项连同应计利息自2023年3月31日起逾期未还。于本公告日期，应计利息约为人民币1210万元，未偿还总金额约为人民币3430万元。
于2023年12月6日，公司(作为借款人及抵押人)、公司的全资附属公司Westralian Resources(作为共同借款人)与贷款人(湖南西澳的一名董事，作为贷款人)签订了第四份贷款补充协议，贷款人已同意将2019年贷款的到期日延长至2024年6月30日;及考虑到贷款人同意延长到期日，公司同意以贷款人为受益人对已收取利息进行抵押，作为2019年贷款的额外抵押。
