港股异动 | KEEP(03650)早盘涨超6% 近日获纳入港股通 机构首次覆盖予“买入”评级
KEEP(03650)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.84%，报19.56港元，成交额348.25万港元。
消息面上，12月1日，据上交所公告，因恒生综合中型股指数实施成份股调整，根据《上海证券交易所沪港通业务实施办法》的有关规定，港股通标的证券名单发生调整，KEEP获调入沪港通下的港股通，并自12月4日正式生效起生效。
德邦证券发研报指，内容是KEEP最早期以及最核心的模式形态，以APP为主要载体，以内容获客-广告费/会员费流量变现为主要商业模式。考虑到Keep在健身垂类App用户活跃度显著领先，其差异化优质健身内容、智能健身设备及配套产品进一步强化用户粘性，形成健身生态闭环，该行给予公司2024年7倍PS，对应目标市值174.04亿港元，对应目标价33.09港元/股，首次覆盖予以“买入”评级。预计公司2025年有望通过降本增效实现盈亏平衡。
