港股异动 | 中教控股(00839)反弹逾6% 一次性费用拖累业绩 机构称短期市场反应过度激烈
中教控股(00839)早盘反弹逾6%，截至发稿，涨5.25%，报4.81港元，成交额2902.04万港元。
消息面上，中泰国际日前报告称，受到招生人数下跌及自然灾害的影响，公司在本年度内为郑州城轨交通中职学校计提无形资产减值4.9亿元。该行同时表示，业绩公布后公司股价大跌18%，认为短期内市场反应过度激烈，作为行业龙头，长期来看业务将保持稳定增长。
中金发布报告称，维持中教控股“跑赢行业”评级，考虑到校园容量提升，上调2024财年收入预测5%至64.6亿元；考虑到融资成本上行，下调2024财年经调整归母净利润预测12%至21亿元。
