华能国际电力股份(00902)公布，于2023年12月5日，第十一届监事会第一次会议选举监事曹世光先生为公司第十一届监事会主席，选举监事寇尧洲女士为公司第十一届监事会副主席。
经公司职工选举产生第十一届监事会职工代表监事后，第十届监事会徐建平先生不再担任职工代表监事。
