民生银行(01988)聘任李彬为董事会秘书
民生银行(01988)发布公告，中国民生银行股份有限公司董事会于2023年12月5日收到白丹的辞职函。因年满60岁，白丹申请辞去该行财务总监、董事会秘书及公司秘书等职务。白丹已确认与该行董事会无不同意见，亦无任何其他事项需要通知该行股东及债权人。
该行第八届董事会第五次临时会议已聘任李彬为该行董事会秘书，任期与第八届董事会任期一致。在李彬取得相关任职资格前，白丹将继续履行董事会秘书职责。
