中国恒大(03333)及三家相关附属公司收到诉讼通知 金碧物业提出追偿逾20亿元
中国恒大(03333)公布，有关金碧物业向包括该公司及三家相关附属公司提出追偿一事，该公司及三家相关附属公司已收到中国广东省广州市中级人民法院发出的诉讼通知，金碧物业就其人民币20亿元存单质押担保被银行强制执行一事向包括该公司及三家相关附属公司提出追偿约人民币19.96亿元款项及暂计利息约人民币1.52亿元。
公司将咨询法律意见以维护公司的合法权利。
