奇点国际(01280)：建议修订2023年股份奖励计划
奇点国际(01280)发布公告，经董事会批准，公司于2023年6月15日采纳2023年股份奖励计划。由于仁怀国峰的白酒业务乃于2023年年初新开发，集团仅有意激励及促进2023年股份奖励计划项下销售白酒的销售目标。于采纳2023年股份奖励计划后，集团旗下仁怀国峰的白酒业务的收益增加。因此，董事会认为2023年股份奖励计划向其中所述合资格参与者提供激励。鉴于2023年股份奖励计划带来的积极影响，以及(其中包括)董事会有意修改合资格参与者范围，使其亦能覆盖集团其他业务，同时继续支持及激励仁怀国峰的白酒业务，为集团该等业务带来激励。
