中金公司(03908)2023年面向专业机构投资者公开发行次级债券(第一期)品种一、品种二票面利率分别为3.18%、3.35%
中金公司(03908)发布公告，中国国际金融股份有限公司面向专业机构投资者公开发行不超过200亿元(含200亿元)次级债券已获得中国证券监督管理委员会《关于同意中国国际金融股份有限公司向专业投资者公开发行次级公司债券注册的批复》(证监许可[2023]862号)。本次债券由中信证券股份有限公司、中信建投证券股份有限公司和中国银河证券股份有限公司承销，其中第一期发行规模为不超过人民币30亿元(含30亿元)。
本期债券分为两个品种，品种一为3年期，票面利率询价区间为2.60%-3.60%;品种二为5年期，票面利率询价区间为2.80%-3.80%。本期债券票面利率将根据网下询价簿记结果，由簿记管理人按照国家有关规定协商一致在利率询价区间内确定。
2023年12月5日，主承销商在网下向投资者进行了票面利率询价。根据网下投资者询价结果，最终确定本期债券品种一的票面利率为3.18%，品种二的票面利率为3.35%。
发行人将按上述票面利率于2023年12月6日至2023年12月7日面向专业机构投资者网下发行。
