中国能源建设(03996)触发稳定股价措施启动条件 将在20个交易日内制订具体方案
中国能源建设(03996)发布公告，上市以来，公司生产经营持续保持稳步上升势头。但受宏观形势复杂、市场调整等诸多因素影响，自2023年11月7日起至2023年12月4日，公司A股股票收盘价已首次连续20个交易日低于最近一期经审计并调整后的每股净资产(公司最近一期经审计的每股净资产为2.2161元/股，除息后调整为2.1909元/股)，触发稳定股价措施的启动条件。
根据《关于上市后稳定股价的承诺函》，公司将在触发日起20个交易日内与控股股东制订稳定股价的具体方案，在履行完毕相关内部决策程序和外部审批/备案程序(如需)后实施，并按照上市公司信息披露要求予以公告。
