魏桥纺织(02698)复牌高开超90%，截至发稿，涨90.06%，报3.25港元，成交额1589.41万港元。
消息面上，魏桥纺织公布，大股东魏桥创业建议以吸收合并方式将公司私有化，H股每股作价3.5港元，较停牌前收报溢价104.68%。涉资约14.48亿港元。条件达成后，公司将向联交所申请自愿撤销H股的上市地位。
公告称，合并的理由及裨益包括：受宏观环境及行业发展趋势的影响，公司的业绩承压；公司已丧失其作为上市平台的优势，股权融资能力有限；H股股东以具吸引力的溢价出售缺乏流动性的H股的绝佳退出机会。
