洛阳钼业(03993)跌超3%，截止发稿跌3.41%，报4.25港元，成交额336万港元。
消息面上，公司发布公告，于2023年12月5日，该公司、洛钼控股(公司的全资附属)与Evolution Mining签订了股权转让协议，该公司同意出售且Evolution Mining同意购买洛钼矿业的全部股本;及洛钼控股同意出售且Evolution Mining同意购买洛钼金属的全部股本。出售事项的最高对价为8.31亿美元，由洛钼矿业及洛钼金属总股本的购买价7.56亿美元;及与铜价格挂钩的或有对价最高 0.75亿美元构成。
洛钼矿业拥有位于澳大利亚新南威尔士州的北帕克斯矿(北帕克斯矿)的80%权益并负责其开采。根据由(其中包括)洛钼金属及Triple Flag于2020年7月订立的金属流协议，洛钼金属将北帕克斯矿所产的部分金属产品交付给Triple Flag。于出售事项完成后，该公司将出售其于北帕克斯矿的权益，而不附带任何产权负担，并连同其附带及应计的所有权利。
