中关村科技租赁(01601)发布公告，于2023年12月4日，公司作为出租人与承租人(北京精雕科技集团有限公司)订立融资租赁协议VI，据此，出租人将购入承租人自有租赁资产VI，转让价款为人民币8000万元;及出租人将租赁资产VI租回给承租人，租赁期为24个月，总租赁款项为人民币8526.555万元。租赁资产VI为数控机床。
