港股异动 | 华南城(01668)再跌超4% 公司尚未支付11月20日到期的2024年7月票据利息
华南城(01668)再跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.35%，报0.33港元，成交额220.41万港元。
消息面上，华南城公告称，流动资金及现金流量已经并预计继续紧绌。公司尚未支付2023年11月20日到期的2024年7月票据利息，倘未能于2023年12月20日支付11月利息，将导致于该日发生违约事件。公司未必有足够可用资金于2023年12月20日前支付该等利息。因此，倘未能在2023年12月20日前获得必要同意，则可能触发其他债务项下的违约事件，可能导致公司无法履行未偿还债务项下的付款义务，从而对业务、经营及财务状况造成重大不利影响，包括可能导致破产或其他形式的重组。
据悉，截至今年9月末，华南城的有息负债即期部分为143.087亿港元，而报告期华南城现金及现金等价物为13.062亿港元，总计息债务为319.158亿港元，资本负债比率为77.9%，企业资金短期流动性持续紧张，短期内偿债压力巨大。
