瑞银：澳门11月博彩收入符合预期 行业首选银河娱乐(00027)
瑞银发布报告称，澳门11月博彩毛收入160亿澳门元(下同)，日均博彩入5.35亿元，符合市场预期，恢复至2019年同期的70%。数据显示11月份最后十一日的日均收入5.49亿元，与10月黄金周后的5.56亿元大致相若，较11月份首十九日的5.26亿元有改善，反映需求稳定。
报告指出，12月底澳门酒店平均房价每晚3,800港元，较11月的2,600港元上升，主要受季节因素及非博彩活动带动，行业现价相当于明年企业价值倍数(EV/EBITDA)约7.4倍，较历史平均水平低出2.3个标准差，对行业仍然乐观，当中偏好银河娱乐(00027)列为行业首选。
