港股异动 | 内房股、物管股集体走低 11月地产百强销售偏弱 市场景气度仍底部徘徊
内房股、物管股集体走低，截至发稿，新城发展(01030)跌4.89%，报1.36港元；万科企业(02202)跌2.43%，报7.64港元；恒大物业(06666)跌4%，报0.48港元；融创服务(01516)跌3.08%，报2.2港元。
平安证券表示，本周央行等八部门发文重申合理满足民营房地产企业金融需求；上交所举办沪市房企座谈会，提出一视同仁支持不同所有制房地产企业的合理融资和并购需求；克而瑞公布1-11月百强房企销售，11月单月百强房企销售额同比降30%，降幅较10月扩大1.7个百分点，1-11月百强房企销售额同比降15%。整体来看，尽管政策端持续宽松，但受制于收入及房价预期，楼市复苏动能仍显不足，短期随着年末开发商推盘上升，百强销售环比或延续改善，但市场景气度仍将底部徘徊。
值得注意的是，据经济观察报报道，多位银行人士表示，目前商业银行并没有收到任何白名单相关文件。也有个别银行从业人员称，监管方面确实草拟了一份涉房贷款的企业白名单，但这份名单更多是一种参考。对外界传言的“为白名单房企发放无抵押流贷”等消息，多数银行和房企人士均表示可能性不大。
