中国北大荒(00039)：根据建议重组进行的出售事项预计将包含集团的核心及非核心业务
中国北大荒(00039)发布公告，诚如公司日期为2023年11月29日的公布所披露，计划附属公司包括一组该公司于中国的直接及间接全资附属公司，即深圳市前海大荒缘融资租赁有限公司、临湘市强盛矿业有限责任公司、连云港华金华鸿实业有限公司及深圳市美名问世商贸有限公司。
于2023年3月订立条款书前后，该公司拟就债权人计划转让深圳前海大荒缘及连云港华金华鸿至计划公司。于编制计划文件的过程中，该公司认为，倘更多资产可转移至计划公司用于清偿债权，则将吸引更多债权人支持债权人计划，并调整计划资产以纳入四间计划附属公司。于2023年6月30日，计划附属公司资产净值的账面价值总额约为9.84亿港元。
根据建议重组进行的出售事项预计将包含集团的核心及非核心业务，即：融资租赁，矿产贸易，物业建设及开发，及分销酒类及食品贸易。然而，预计出售事项不会涉及集团全部核心业务。
