泰加保险(06161)将研究谋求通过SPAC的方式在全球主要证券交易所上市
泰加保险(06161)发布公告，于2023年11月23日，上市复核委员会通知公司，继上市复核委员会于2023年11月2日举行聆讯后，上市复核委员会已决定维持上市委员会根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消公司上市地位的决定。董事会认为公司已经尽量满足所有复牌指引要求，因此对上市复核委员会的决定感到遗憾。
于2023年11月24日，联交所发出函件，告知公司公司股份的最后上市日期将为2023年12月5日，而股份将自2023年12月6日上午九时正起取消。
展望未来，董事会将继续以公司及其股东的整体利益管理公司业务。股份退市后，股份持有人将继续根据公司组织章程细则及适用法律享有彼等于公司作为股东的权利，尤其在投票权及资本权益方面。董事会将于适用及适当的情况下根据公司于相关时间的表现，考虑向其股东宣派股息。
根据公司日期为2023年3月27日的公告，内容有关集团的未来发展策略及愿景，鉴于公司已取得实质性进展，董事会将谋求通过SPAC的方式在全球主要证券交易所上市，包括但不限于美国的纳斯达克等。
