朗华国际集团(08026)：定制化园区管理SaaS系统已开始运作
朗华国际集团(08026)发布公告，于2023年6月29日，公司的间接全资附属公司深圳市朗华物业服务有限公司与兴业银行股份有限公司制定并订立业务合作协议，借以开发包括但不限于融资管理、协议管理、物业管理等功能的定制化园区管理SaaS系统，从而为工业园区的物业客户及潜在客户提供增值服务。该营运平台已构建完成，并自2023年11月起开始运作。该营运平台的收益将并入公司财务报表入账。
