金马能源(06885)已厘定金源氢能优先发售中的预留股份保证配额基准
金马能源(06885)发布公告，有关金源氢能的建议分拆及上市。已厘定优先发售(倘进行及于进行时)中的预留股份保证配额基准。保证配额基准为合资格股东截至记录日期下午4时30分每持有40股H股可认购1股预留股份。
由于全球发售的规模、架构及预期时间表尚未落实，故本公告所载优先发售中的预留股份保证配额基准或有变动。倘保证配额基准有所变动，公司将作出进一步公告。
