未来数据集团(08229)拟出售韩国两处物业
未来数据集团(08229)公布，于2023年12月1日，该公司间接全资附属Global Telecom Company Limited拟向Leehanns Co.,Ltd.出售物业A，拟向i-Cloud Co.,Ltd.出售物业B，代价分别为1218.17万港元及1397.74万港元。预期出售事项将可让该集团确认未经审核收益约240.05万港元。
据悉，物业A包括2处办公室物业及1个仓库，彼等均位于韩国首尔堂山ThinkFactory工业集群。物业B包括3处办公室物业，彼等均位于韩国首尔堂山ThinkFactory工业集群。
公告称，该等物业于该集团收购时已抵押予银行。董事会一直在评估韩国的物业市场，并审查集团对其持有的该等物业的期权。鉴于全球经济升息并经考虑该等物业现时市值及韩国目前物业市场状况以及集团目前的财务状况，董事会认为出售事项一旦落实，将为集团提供出售该等物业进行套现的良机，从而增强集团的现金流量。出售事项所得款项净额将用于偿还该等物业的抵押贷款，以减少利息支出。
