华虹半导体(01347)发布公告，华虹半导体有限公司执行董事兼总裁唐均君;公司执行副总裁周卫平;公司执行副总裁、首席财务官兼信息披露境内代表Daniel Yu-Cheng Wang(王鼎);公司执行副总裁Weiran Kong(孔蔚然);公司执行副总裁倪立华基于对公司未来发展的信心以及对公司长期投资价值的认可，计划自2023年8月30日(中报窗口期后第一个交易日)起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持公司股份，合计增持金额不低于人民币225万元且不超过人民币450万元。
截至2023年12月1日，增持主体通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式累计增持公司A股股份3.86万股，占公司总股本的0.0022%，增持金额合计为人民币167.17万元，已超过本次增持计划下限225万元的50%。本次增持计划尚未实施完毕，增持主体将继续按照增持计划实施增持。
