泛亚环保(00556)拟折让约14.86%向香港井冈山国际发行股份以结清3180万港元的债务
泛亚环保(00556)公布，于2023年12月1日，香港井冈山国际有限公司(认购人)与该公司订立债务资本化协议，约8867.92万股股份将作为第一批代价股份配发及发行予认购人，以将1880万港元的债务资本化;及约6132.08万股股份将作为第二批代价股份配发及发行予认购人，以将1300万港元的债务资本化。每股代价股份0.212港元，较2023年12月1日收市价每股股份0.249港元折让约14.86%。
