北大资源(00618)发布截至2023年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩，该集团期内取得收益12.73亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少66.9%;股东应占溢利1.56亿元，同比增加80.72%;每股基本盈利1.71分。
公告称，收益减少乃由于物业发展业务的已交付面积减少导致收益下降约23.19亿元、电商及分销业务收益减少约2.87亿元和物业投资与管理业务收益增加约1802.3万元所致，新增医疗与医药零售业务，本期收益额为1402.5万元。
