香港科技探索(01137)拟实施一项新股份回购计划 最高金额4000万港元
香港科技探索(01137)发布公告，由2023年7月6日至2023年11月30日止期间，该公司已于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)上购回3083.4万股股份(已购回股份)，总代价(包含交易费用)约为9896.18万港元，由公司内部资源拨资。截至本公告日期，已购回股份中的2679万股已註销。
考虑到2023年6月的股份回购计划中的最高金额将近悉数使用，公司董事会谨此宣布实施一项新股份回购计划，视乎市场状况而定，不时从公开市场购回公司的股份，购回股份将动用的最高金额4000万港元。
公司拟透过其现有的内部资源为购回股份提供资金，同时亦维持充足的财务资源以支持其营运持续增长。
