融太集团(01172)发布中期业绩，股东应占亏损约5400万港元，同比收窄69%
融太集团(01172)发布截至2023年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收入1.76亿港元，同比增长22%;公司拥有人应佔亏损约5400万港元，同比收窄69%;每股亏损0.94港仙。
据悉，集团亏损减少主要受物业发展业务因2023年9月30日就自贡市物业发展项目作出物业存货减值拨备减少而导致的除税后亏损净额减少至约4200万港元(2022年：除税后亏损净额约1.58亿港元)所致。
