港股异动 | 千百度(01028)今日复牌 现涨超25% 获股东溢价39.13%提全购要约
千百度(01028)今日复牌，盘中一度涨超32%，截至发稿，涨25.22%，报0.144港元，成交额333.31万港元。
消息面上，千百度公告，获Orchid Valley Holdings提出全购要约，每股现金价0.16元，较停牌前收报溢价39.13%。涉资约2.46亿元。目前，要约人其一致行动人士持有公司股本30.85%。据悉，要约人由程璇璇女士直接全资拥有。要约人的董事为程璇璇女士及霍力先生。
要约人的意向为，即使进行要约，集团的现有业务将不受影响地继续。要约人计划透过与公司就探索新发展机遇及实施一系列长期增长措施的紧密合作，推动公司转型。
