港股异动 | 中国奥园(03883)大涨超10% 境外债重组方案获债权人投票通过 有望成为首家完成债务重组的粤系房企
中国奥园(03883)大涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.66%，报0.27港元，成交额462万港元。
消息面上，11月29日，中国奥园发布公告称，公司境外债重组方案已在11月28日晚间召开的计划债权人会议上获得投票通过，待相关法院聆讯裁决后正式生效。
加之今年9月份已完成全部境内公开债展期，这也就意味着，中国奥园即将成为继融创中国后又一家完成境内外债务重组的大中型房企，有望成为首家完成债务重组的粤系房企。
在多位业内人士看来，中国奥园债务重组方案的顺利通过，将在一定程度上减轻中国奥园整体债务压力，助其轻装上阵，全力以赴推进保交楼保兑付保运营重点工作，加快实现转型重生。
