富景中国控股(02497)于2023年11月30日-12月5日招股，拟发售1.10亿股，公开发售占10%，配售占90%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售股份1.08港元-1.28港元，每手2000股，预期股份将于2023年12月8日上市。
据悉，该公司是山东省最大的盆栽蔬菜农产品生产商，于2022年按销售收益计于山东省的市场份额为14.8%。于2022年，该集团的销售收益为人民币1.267亿元，占中国盆栽蔬菜生产商的总销售收益约3.1%，及少于中国蔬菜生产商的总销售收益的0.01%。
假设超额配售权未获行使，基于发售价为每股发售股份1.18港元，股份发售所得款项净额预计为7750万港元。其中，约60.4%拟用于现有地域市场提升及扩大种植基地;约16.1%拟用于新的地域市场建立新的种植基地;约10.4%拟用于建立专责有机基质生产基地;约6.2%拟用于升级资讯科技系统，提高营运效率;约6.9%拟用于一般营运资金。
