智云健康(09955)与扬子江药业订立战略合作协议
智云健康(09955)发布公告， 公司于2023年11月29日与扬子江药业集团有限公司(扬子江药业)订立不具法律约束力的战略合作协议。
据悉，扬子江药业创建于1971年，是一家跨地区运营的大型医药集团，具有产学研相结合、科工贸一体化能力，也是中国科技部命名的全国首批创新型企业。主要产品中西药并举，覆盖15个治疗领域和565个品规，其中102个品种出口38个国家或地区。扬子江(香港)有限公司(扬子江香港)为扬子江药业的一名紧密联系人，是公司全球发售时的基石投资者，截至本公告之日，其持有的公司股份少于公司已发行股份总数的0.5%。
本次公司与扬子江药业的战略合作主要涉及某些慢性病领域的数字化营销服务，共同探索及加深双方在慢病管理领域的业务版图和业务深度。根据战略合作协议，双方希望通过业务合作在中国内地的药品数字化营销领域建立长期战略合作，以数字化SaaS的方式打造产业新业态，推动产业智能化、高端化和绿色化，提高慢病患者的药品可及性。
董事会认为，战略合作协议为订约方提供宝贵机会利用各自的资源及专业知识，为彼此创造互利及协同效应。因此，董事会认为，签订战略合作协议符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
