联众(06899)附属拟成立合资公司 从事娱乐相关业务
联众(06899)发布公告，于2023年11月28日(美国时间)，公司间接非全资附属公司AEE与赵乾先生及澳润亚洲订立合资协议，合资方同意于中国澳门成立合资公司以从事娱乐相关业务。合资公司为于中国澳门注册成立的有限公司，且根据合资协议分别由AEE、赵乾先生及澳润亚洲拥有约51%、约30%及约19%的权益。
成立合资公司让集团得以积极开拓境内外包括且不限于演唱会等文旅泛娱乐业务，同时与集团现有的线上线下游戏业务以及电竞、直播等业务相结合，为广大用户提供更好的娱乐休闲体验。合资协议预计将产生庞大协同效益，订约方可据此提供资源并互补不足。
