四洲集团(00374)发布中期业绩，股东应占溢利3026.9万港元 同比减少7.47% 中期息每股3港仙
四洲集团(00374)发布截至2023年9月30日止6个月业绩，该集团取得收入19.55亿港元，同比减少7.47%;公司权益所有者应占溢利3026.9万港元，同比减少7.47%;每股盈利7.9港仙，拟派发中期股息每股3港仙。
于回顾期内，公司权益所有者应占溢利与去年同期相比，在不计算去年因退税及香港政府的疫情援助补贴的基础下，取得实质增长。尽管在回顾期内整体的消费市场疲弱，导致集团的营业额回软，但凭藉集团经营得宜，充份发挥销售及经营费用的效益，成功抵销了外部经营环境对盈利的负面影响，展现集团应对外部挑战的韧性。公司于日本的附属公司宫田株式会社(宫田公司)因过往年度超额支付税金而收到所得税及消费税退税，于扣除相应产生的专业费用后于去年同期获得退税净额约为3900万港元。同时，集团于去年同期，获香港政府的疫情援助补贴约2100万港元。于回顾期内，尽管没有以上两项收益，公司权益所有者应占溢利仍取得3026.9万港元，因此集团从自身业务所产生的公司股东应占集团溢利(撇除退税及补贴)实在有所增加。
