保德国际发展(00372)发布截至2023年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩，该集团期内取得总收入3929万港元，同比减少89.31%;股东应占溢利3.52亿港元，上年同期股东应占亏损9034.3万港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利12.82港仙。
公告称，本期间收益主要由于金融工具的未变现公平价值收益，尤其是集团于AFC Mercury Fund的投资。
