荣万家(02146)发布公告，经股东于临时股东大会上批准后，张文革获选为第二届董事会非执行董事;耿建富、刘红霞及肖天驰获选为第二届董事会执行董事;及金文辉、许少宏及唐义书获选为第二届董事会独立非执行董事。 第二届董事会董事任期为3年，自2023年11月29日起生效。
耿建富获委任为第二届董事会董事长，任期自董事会会议通过之日起生效，至第二届董事会任期届满之日止.
此外，经股东于临时股东大会上批准后，景中华、杨熙及张元鹏获选为第二届监事会监事。董慧及武曦颖已获重选为第二届监事会职工代表监事。 第二届监事会监事任期为3年，自2023年11月29日起生效。
景中华获委任为第二届监事会主席，任期自监事会会议通过之日起生效，至第二届监事会任期届满之日止。
