成实外教育(01565)发布截至2023年8月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益7.62亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加38.3%;股东应占溢利3226.3万元，同比增加183.5%;每股基本盈利1.1分;拟派发末期股息每股0.4港仙及特别股息每股0.7港仙。
公告称，集团总收益增加乃主要由于：学费、住宿费及食堂营运费增加与集团学生入学人数增加相一致;及非学历教育服务费及海外升学咨询服务费增加的合并影响所致。
