永义国际(01218)发布截至2023年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩，该集团期内取得持续经营业务营业额1.3亿港元，同比增加244.17%;股东应占亏损7054.4万港元，同比扩大181.02%;每股基本亏损0.95港仙。
公告称，亏损净额增加主要由于(其中包括)投资物业的公平值变动亏损增加;持作出售发展物业撇减增加;及融资成本增加所致。该等亏损部份已由按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值变动收益增加所抵销。来自已终止经营业务的综合亏损约为209.2万港元，而2022年期间为溢利约659.1万港元。
