远东发展(00035)发布截至2023年9月30日止六个月业绩，该集团期内取得收益62.95亿港元，同比增加108.03%;股东应占溢利2.32亿港元，同比减少59.29%;每股基本盈利8.6港仙;拟派发中期股息每股4港仙。
公告称，股东应占溢利净额减少主要由于2024年财年上半年，融资成本增加至约港币5.15亿元;销售及市场推广开支增加至约港币4.28亿元，主要由于在墨尔本的West Side Place(第三座及第四座)落成后确认销售佣金以及就多个项目采取更进取的市场推广举措;及于2023年财年上半年就和解协议收取非经常性补偿收入约港币4.75亿元，而2024年财年上半年并无有关收入，被物业销售的经营收入增加所抵销。
