港银控股(08162)拟1万元出售港银贵金属40%股权
港银控股(08162)发布公告，该公司(作为卖方)于2023年11月24日与买方签订协议，以人民币1万元的对价向买方售出出售股份(目标公司新扬国际100%股权)。
交易完成后，目标公司(持有联营公司港银贵金属40%股权作为其唯一投资)将不再是该公司的附属公司，目标公司的财务业绩将不再合并到集团未来的财务报表中。鉴于本次处置，自交易完成之日起，集团将不需要对联营公司的损失进行权益会计处理。
集团预计将从处置中确认收益约156.23万港元，该收益基于人民币1万元对价及目标公司截至2023年9月30日约155.14万港元的未经审计净负债计算。
由于目标公司及其投资近年来一直处于亏损状态，董事认为此次处置是集团剥离和变现此类投资的良好机会。
