胜利证券(08540)发布公告，胜利证券有限公司(胜利证券，公司的全资附属公司)已获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会(证监会)同意，可在综合账户安排下向零售客户提供虚拟资产交易服务及虚拟资产咨询服务，惟须遵守证监会规定的条款及条件。
鉴于近年来虚拟资产的迅速发展，董事会认为，向零售客户提供虚拟资产交易及咨询服务将使集团能够扩大客户群，以及为客户提供更多元化的服务，符合集团策略，并将透过自经扩大的客户群产生的新收益渠道，对集团的未来发展产生积极影响。
