英皇钟表珠宝(00887)：吴冠强辞任执行董事及行政总裁等职务
英皇钟表珠宝(00887)公布，董事会已接受吴冠强辞任公司执行董事及该集团行政总裁的职务，由2024年1月31日起生效，彼因有意寻求其他个人发展故决定辞任。于辞任后，吴冠强将自动终止担任董事会辖下的执行委员会成员，及亦终止担任公司相关附属公司的董事职务。
